I took a 6 week training program with Matt and loved it so much I took two more programs after that for a total of 18 weeks. Matt really wanted me to succeed and answered every question I had with sound knowledge and a true desire to help. I learned a lot about proper technique and how to craft my workouts to deal with an injured shoulder. He brought integrity and enthusiasm to our training sessions and it made me want to hold myself accountable and incorporate healthy habits into my daily life.
